Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on gl8.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Never share your password or allow anyone else to access your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the gl8 Help Center immediately.
- Gl8 is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse by third parties.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users must adhere to the following rules when using the gl8 platform.
Prohibited activities:
- Using your account in a fraudulent or deceptive manner.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantages by creating multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software, or hacking methods.
- Stealing another user's information or conducting any activity against them.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
User responsibilities:
- Keep your profile information up to date.
- Maintain control over your own betting activity and spending.
- Stay informed about any updates or changes to the Terms & Conditions.
- Report any irregularities to the gl8 Help Center.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on gl8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking options including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Minimum deposit amounts and supported payment methods are displayed on the platform. Balances are typically updated promptly after a successful transaction. For failed transactions, please keep a record of your transaction ID.
Account verification and any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are completed within the designated timeframe.
Bonus and voucher offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated separately for each offer. gl8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Gl8 assumes limited liability for losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. gl8 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's gambling or betting activity. No claims for compensation may be made beyond the limits permitted under applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Gl8 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or legal obligations. Any remaining valid balance in a closed account may be refunded in accordance with our policy.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims should first be directed to the gl8 Help Center for resolution.
